Accounts Payable Supervisor

The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for supervising the accounts payable process. This includes the weekly incentive payments to various Program Distributors as well as weekly corporate and subcontractor payments. Communicating directly to Program Managers to ensure timely and accurate approvals of Incentive Invoices paid within the week and any other program payments. The Accounts Payable Supervisor is expected have a keen eye for detail, have good communication skills, and foster a collaborative environment, with the ability to work on their own and as part of a team.

Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

• Reviews and batches Incentive Payment Requests for the weekly check processing
• Processing ACH payments for Incentive programs as well as Corporate and Subcontractors
• Ensures that New Payees are updated in Unanet, and new Projects are correctly mapped from IRIS to Unanet
• Receives and posts into Unanet approved Vendor and Subcontractor Invoices
• Receives and verifies completeness of reimbursable expense reports ensuring that supporting receipts are complete and expense coding are correct
• Ensure AP controls and processes are followed
• Maintain vendor set-up process and complete ACH confirmation controls
• Supervise AP Assistant
• Other duties that may be assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• High attention to detail and excellent communication and organizing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Motivated and resourceful
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Good understanding of GAAP accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.

Compensation is commensurate with experience within the pay band of $68,000 - $90,000 / Annually

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Office Locations and a Remote Workforce
