Energy Efficiency Associate, Foodservice Programs (Remote - Based in SF Bay Area, CA)

We are seeking an Associate, Foodservice Programs based in the San Francisco Bay Area to join our Energy Efficiency programs team to help support our point-of-sale instant rebates foodservice programs in California and the Western U.S. As a member of the Energy Solutions team, you will have a broad impact on energy efficiency markets and greenhouse gas reductions through our work for Program Administrators and other national leaders in the commercial foodservice (CFS) industry. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identification and scheduling of resources to complete projects
• Technology research and literature searches
• Organization and facilitation of in-person meetings and conference calls
• Regular client interaction
• Energy savings calculations
• Assisting with program design and implementation
• Monitoring the progress of projects and communicating progress to management and clients

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree OR
• A minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong communication skills including comfort and interest in foodservice equipment dealer outreach and engagement 
• Ability to build relationships with foodservice market actors and be comfortable through phone calls, zoom and face to face meetings
• Competency with technical and scientific topics/analysis
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Seeking well qualified candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area
• Reliable vehicle needed for local travel 2-3 days/ month required (Mileage reimbursed)

Compensation is commensurate with experience within the pay bands of $58,000 - $66,000/Annually

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
