Medical Scheduler

The WelbeHealth PACE program helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing medical care and community-based services. The Welbe Advocate III plays a crucial role in the Welbe Advocate Hub, expertly assisting key functions such as inbound scheduling, external scheduling, and handling medical records. The Welbe Advocate III takes pride in mentoring new hires alongside the Hub Training Team, and provides insights that drive continuous improvement, as they actively provide feedback on process changes and play a vital role in testing new systems.

Essential Job Duties:

• Coordinate notifications to participants related to their scheduled specialty referrals, following all departmental protocols
• Accurately process all assigned orders for order completion and accuracy for “Hub Triage,” following all departmental protocols for all order types and specialties
• Communicate appointment confirmations and appointment reminders as outlined by department protocols, updating appointments as appropriate
• Handle bulk scheduling and other administrative duties to assist the HUB team

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in working as a medical/dental scheduler or similar relative work experience
•  Experience in working in large healthcare settings or systems preferre

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $23.23 -$27.87 hourly + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
