Your Team:

The People Team is a dedicated group who you will work alongside to help foster an excellent employee experience and continue to support the team at Seesaw. 

Your Role:

Seesaw is looking for a People Associate to join our People Team. In this role, you will work closely with all members of our People team to support several people ops, recruiting and culture initiatives. This role offers a little bit of everything within the People function and will give exposure to various parts of HR & Talent. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic to roll up their sleeves and dive into several different projects and initiatives while helping build company culture and camaraderie.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the people ops team with all things onboarding and offboarding including leading our new employee orientation, upkeep of training materials, and working with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions 
  • Keep our people systems up to date and manage components of our recordkeeping
  • Lead our internal efforts around things like employee swag, organizing location specific employee meet-ups, virtual events, celebrations, and acknowledgements
  • Support our Talent Lead with recruiting coordination needs such as communicating with candidates and internal teams to schedule various parts of the interview process
  • Help with general administrative work that supports the people team and keeps the company humming
  • Support the team with ad-hoc projects 
  • Maintain and promote our creative and passionate culture 
  • A proactive attitude toward resolving issues and improving people processes

The Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR, Administrative, Recruiting Coordinator role or similar experience
  • You are a strong communicator, are extremely detail-oriented, and resourceful
  • You are innovative, proactive, and come up with multiple solutions when faced with a challenge 
  • You are flexible and can adapt quickly to any situation and are comfortable escalate\ing issues
  • You are organized and keep track of multiple projects at once
  • You have a passion for people and a "forever learning" mindset
  • You are approachable to employees and can build trusted relationships across varying levels 
  • You promote and embody Seesaw’s core values and foster a positive work culture
  • Experience working with HRIS and ATS systems like Paylocity and Greenhouse is a plus
