Position Summary

Nomad Health exists to remove every barrier between healthcare clinicians and the patient bedside. Today, we do that by operating a two-sided marketplace that pairs clinicians with jobs at health systems. We have an established product-market fit in our initial business line and ambition to expand our product offerings further. This role will step in to drive the product vision, strategy, and execution of the Demand side of our marketplace. You will partner closely with staffing agencies (including Nomad’s own staffing agency) to bring jobs to the platform and help them convert candidates to accepted offers.

Responsibilities/What You Will Do

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for the Demand side of our marketplace.
  • Conduct deep product discovery, in partnership with Design, to identify the pain points of staffing agencies and recruiters.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to proactively identify and address any and all impediments that stand between your users and their dream job.
  • Leverage deep proven technical expertise to work closely with your engineering partners and drive business requirements down to service definition, data model creation, and more.
  • Combine internal user expertise, deep data analysis, and business requirements to create and validate hypotheses that enable both user and business value.
  • Effectively translate the above into a plan that brings engineering along and excites them about the potential we see in front of us.
  • And then; execute brilliantly on it. From vision to strategy to epics to user stories; you are the key to converting aspiration into delightful value.

Who are you?

  • 8+ years of experience in a Product Management role, working directly within an R&D team in a modern technology business
  • Proven track record of driving impact with both 0 to 1 and at-scale products within a multi-product company
  • Experience defining and delivering software and platforms for B2B solutions, such as HR technology, recruiting and applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management, or labor marketplaces.
  • Able to conduct user research and competitive analysis, and synthesize user needs into product priorities and specifications.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to foster cross-team and cross-office collaboration.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Able to use quantitative and qualitative data to back up assumptions, make decisions, and define metrics.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • You have 2+ years of experience working on 0 to 1 B2B product from ideation to launch
  • You have 2+ years of experience working with Human Resources or healthcare technology

Compensation for this full-time position is between $149,600 to $220,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum amount employees can earn during their time in the role. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on geographic locations, skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law.
