GitLab is looking to add a Senior Sales Operations Analyst with a focus on revenue tech stack tools to join the team.  This person will support and partner closely with cross-functional teams in Revenue, Operations, Strategy & Enablement to drive and support this growing department. This position is 100% remote and based in the US time zone.

What you'll do

  • Establish user strategy & workflows by functional groups within revenue operations to optimize user & cross functional experience 
  • Identify gaps (in processes, integrations, and automations), improve functionality, and procure new tools as needed based on your understanding of business needs
  • Own & maintain vendor relationships, procurement, quarterly business reviews and renewals of all revenue tech stack tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional operations teams to ensure compliance to standardized processes.
  • Collaborate with other teams (IT for integrations; Enablement for supporting end users; Privacy Legal teams for global privacy regulation compliance;  Revenue Strategy for analytics, etc)
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth
  • Maintain a standard and consistent business rhythm for tech stack users: provisioning, user support, troubleshooting and on-going tooling maintenance 
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create and implement reporting and dashboards within the tools for the revenue organization that focuses on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity while also collaborating with Sales Strategy and Sales Data Analytics for alignment 
  • Document and create knowledge repository for first-tier sales support

What you'll bring

  • Proficient experience with best in class Enterprise SaaS Field tools (SFDC, Gong, Clari, Groove, ZoomInfo)
  • Strong understanding of how systems interconnect to integrate data between platforms, and general competency with data management
  • Highly organized with hands on experience delivering technical projects and new tools to field teams 
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams
  • History of evaluating and procuring new tools including running RFP, procurement, requirements gathering, implementation, enablement and ongoing adoption 
  • Understanding of user experience, workflow design and systems thinking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Track record of accomplishing responsibilities with minimal direction or oversight
  • SaaS and B2B experience preferred but not required
  • Interest in GitLab, and our values

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. See more information on our benefits and equity. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary.

$84,000 - $180,000 USD
