Ensure effective communication and collaboration between diverse teams, keeping everyone informed and aligned with project goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to bridge the gap between organizational, operational, and technical aspects of projects. Facilitate coordination and understanding among different teams to achieve seamless project execution.
  • Timeline Management: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and overall project success. Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or delays to keep projects on track.
  • Technical Understanding: Bring or develop a strong understanding of the systems you’re working with (e.g., subscriptions, role-based access, payment systems). Translate technical concepts into clear communications for a wide range of audiences.
  • Internal Communications: Serve as the central point of communication for all project-related matters (goals, status, risk, and impact to teams and stakeholders), providing updates, addressing questions, and fostering transparency across the organization. Conduct status meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Problem Solving: Identify challenges and work collaboratively with teams to develop effective solutions. Proactively anticipate potential issues and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence without authority
  • Familiarity with infrastructure, data systems, and cloud platforms
